Qualifications

• Healthcare management experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong budgeting and revenue-cycle management skills.
• CPR/Triage training and emergency management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations, including patient flow and appointment scheduling.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, insurance claims, and vendor contracts.
• Supervise nurses and reception staff and ensure high quality patient care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and implement quality/risk protocols.
• Drive process improvements to reduce wait times and improve efficiency.
