Job summary

Mylestones in Ipswich is seeking a client coordinator to support a team of employment services staff from intake to employment/program exit. You will assist with individualised employment preparation, job search, marketing, and placement of people with disability to sustainable long-term employment.

Your day-to-day duties include coordinating staff, developing marketing strategies, organizing job placements, and collaborating with employers and participants to maximise outcomes and progress in

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinating employment services staff to achieve appropriate outcomes for a caseload of individual clients in Open Employment.
• Working with the Marketing Officer to develop, document, and implement high quality marketing strategies.
• Promoting and organising job placement for participants in collaboration with the Marketing Officer.
• Working with other employment service staff, employers, and participants by providing support to maximise integration, development, and achievement of goals set out in job plans.
