Job summary

Mylestones is seeking a client coordinator to support a team of employment services staff in Ipswich and surrounding areas. You will assist clients from intake to employment, helping with job search, placement, and preparation to achieve long-term outcomes.

Role involves collaboration with staff, employers and participants to maximise progress, plus travel to Boonah and Springfield as needed. A customer-focused approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Great listening and respectful communication skills.
• A valid C class driving licence.
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these).

Responsibilities

• Coordinating employment services staff to achieve outcomes for a caseload of individual clients.
• Support staff in intake to employment/program exit processes.
• Assist with individualised employment preparation, job search, marketing and placement.
• Collaborate with employers and participants to maximise integration and goal achievement.
