Qualifications

• Must hold a Social Work qualification and be eligible for full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
• PO positions require relevant qualifications in Community Services, Social Sciences, Human Services, Health or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Integrate culturally appropriate intervention methods and frameworks to uphold high-level care practices
• Manage the development of services that will positively affect diverse clientele
• Provide beneficial support to staff through goal setting and conflict resolution initiatives
• Establish strong networks with relevant stakeholders to fulfil business needs
• Generate high-level written documentation to maintain accurate reporting processes.
