Titan Recruitment has partnered with a well-established client in Western Australia to appoint an experienced Project Support Coordinator. You will coordinate governance reviews, mobilise contractors, manage requisitions, and support delivery with project managers, engineers and stakeholders.

The role offers exposure to capital studies and projects, with a collaborative multidisciplinary team environment and varied governance activities across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or administration.
• Experience with SAP/1SAP procurement systems.
• Experience coordinating contractor mobilisation.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project governance reviews.
• Raise and manage purchase requisitions.
• Organise workshops and review meetings.
• Support contractor mobilisation activities.
• Prepare reports and presentation packs.
