Caritas Australia is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support agency-wide budgeting, reporting, and financial literacy. You will create insightful dashboards, support grant acquittals, and lead donor reporting while partnering with teams across the organisation.

The role reports to the Finance Manager and is based in Sydney or Melbourne, with a hybrid model and two days in the office per week. A qualified accountant with 3–5 years in management accounting is preferred.

Qualificações

• Qualified accountant with 3–5 years in management accounting, not-for-profit or international development sectors preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across cultures.
• Proficient with financial systems, ERP platforms, budgeting and donor reporting.
• Collaborative team player with ability to develop non-finance staff.

Responsabilidades

• Support month-end tasks and key priorities within Corporate Services.
• Deliver timely monthly management reports with variance and trend analysis.
• Act as finance business partner to improve budgeting and financial literacy across the organisation.
• Support funding acquittals, external audits and donor reporting requirements.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, system improvements and finance policy implementation.
