Job Type: Contract

At the Leukaemia Foundation, we believe survival is not enough. We are working towards a future where no life is lost to blood cancer. Through health services, advocacy and research, we help Australians navigate one of life's toughest challenges with care, compassion and hope.
About the role: We're looking for an Impact Evaluation Officer who is passionate about using evidence to create positive change. This role will help us better understand, measure and communicate the difference our work makes to people affected by blood cancer. Reporting to the Impact & Evidence Lead and Research & Evidence Lead, this 12-month fixed term role will play a key part in delivering the Leukaemia Foundation's Impact Measurement and Evaluation Framework and supporting our National Research Program.
You will work across the organisation to collect, analyse and interpret health, service and impact data, helping ensure we have robust evidence to guide service improvements, inform advocacy and demonstrate outcomes to stakeholders and funders.
You understand that behind every data point is a person affected by blood cancer. You ensure impact measurement reflects the experiences and outcomes that matter most to our community.
You are curious and proactive, identifying opportunities to improve how we measure, understand and communicate impact across the organisation.
You use evidence and insight to support better decisions, stronger services and greater impact for people living with blood cancer.
This is an opportunity to lead a critical function at one of Australia's most respected not-for-profit organisations. Your expertise will help ensure our services, advocacy and research are informed by high-quality evidence and meaningful impact measurement.
CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS: COB 23 October 2026.
We may shortlist and appoint prior to the closing date. Successful applicants will undergo reference, police, and VEVO checks.
Leukaemia Foundation is committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce that continues to reflect the community we support. We strongly encourage people from all cultural and linguistically diverse backgrounds to apply, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
