Job summary

Verian Group seeks a seasoned evaluation consultant to lead design and delivery of rigorous evaluations, applying quantitative, mixed-method and economic analysis. You will manage client relationships, proposals, and multi-disciplinary teams, delivering high-quality outputs on tight timelines while mentoring junior staff.

The role emphasizes contributing to our evaluation practice with strong technical oversight and clear, actionable reporting for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience delivering evaluations within a consulting, research or professional services environment.
• Strong quantitative research and analytical skills, including statistical analysis and interpretation of complex data.
• Experience designing and delivering mixed-method evaluations.
• Experience contributing to proposals, tenders and business development activities.
• Proven ability to mentor junior staff and manage client relationships.
