Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison between HOYA Surgical Optics Australia, Linfox, customers and internal stakeholders to support day-to-day business operations to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and in line with customer expectations.
• Provide a high standard of customer service and respond to enquiries via phone and email relating to orders, logistics, product availability, invoicing and general business support.
• Work in collaboration with internal teams and external service providers to coordinate and resolve customer, supply chain and operational queries.
• Support order fulfilment, inventory allocation, returns processing and reverse logistics activities as required.
• Monitor and assist with the resolution of stock shortages, backorders, and other supply related issues, directing Linfox on allocation decisions where required to ensure optimal distribution of available stock.
• Communicate with customers as required to support order fulfilment and issue resolution.
