Job summary

Perth Children's Hospital Foundation is seeking a Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary to lead its corporate services function and partner with the CEO and Board through a growth phase. You will oversee Finance, HR, Digital Technology & Innovation, and Risk & Compliance, ensuring strategic financial leadership and transparent governance.

The role requires CA/CPA qualification with senior leadership in not-for-profit health sectors and a strong governance background.

Qualifications

CA/CPA qualified executive with senior leadership experience in finance and corporate services.
Experience as Company Secretary or in Board governance within not-for-profit/health sectors.
Proven track record leading governance, regulatory compliance and business transformation.

Responsibilities

Accountable for financial strategy, sustainability, risk and compliance.
Company Secretary for all group entities and governance with the Board and CEO.
Lead Finance, HR, Digital Technology & Innovation, and Risk & Compliance teams.
Drive process improvement, business transformation and digital strategy delivery.
Oversee HR strategy, workforce planning and engagement initiatives.
