Job summary

Sanofi Australia and New Zealand is seeking an Immunology Commercial Head to provide strategic direction and inspiring leadership to our sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams. You will help our flagship product reach more patients in its current indications and prepare for launches in future indications.

You will work with customers and stakeholders to understand what matters most and deliver on global and local MCO objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business unit leadership in biopharma.
• Experience in Immunology or related therapeutic area.
• Experience leading sales and marketing teams.
• Knowledge of Australian/NZ payer landscape and HTA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set and oversee BU goals across Australia and New Zealand.
• Lead omnichannel customer engagement plans for HCPs and patients.
• Oversee budgets and forecasts; manage as cost centre.
• Drive launches and lifecycle management for indications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix structure.
• Develop talent and build an inclusive high-trust culture.
