Job summary

people2people in Sydney's Sutherland Shire is seeking a Warehouse Assistant/Assembler for an immediate start. You will refurbish appliances, inspect for defects, disassemble components with power tools, and help with packing and returns.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm, with on-site parking and employee discounts. Candidates must have warehouse or assembly experience, be physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in warehouse, assembly, or similar environments.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 15 kg.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Full-time availability and immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Refurbishing a wide variety of appliances.
• Inspecting products for wear, damage, or defects.
• Disassembling components using power tools such as drills and screwdrivers.
• Cleaning smaller parts and repackaging or reattaching to other products for resale.
• Processing returns, checking items, completing paperwork, and placing parts in correct locations or pallets for dispatch.
• Assisting with inventory, labeling, packaging, and basic administration tasks.
