Job summary

TheirCare Plus is a registered NDIS provider delivering inclusive, evidence-informed programs for children and young people with complex disabilities. We are seeking a dedicated support worker for a specialist school environment to support children with diverse needs and work within a collaborative team.

You will implement developmentally appropriate programs aligned with NDIS goals, maintain safety and wellbeing, and participate in ongoing training and reflective practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability services, education, or related human services field.
• Confident supporting children and young people with high and complex support needs.
• Strong understanding of person-centred active support and inclusive practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualised and group-based support for children and young people with complex disability needs.
• Implement engaging programs aligned with participants' NDIS goals.
• Maintain supervision, safety and wellbeing at all times.
