Job summary

iKOU Byron Bay is seeking a casual retail/spa therapist to join our sanctuary in Byron. The role blends spa therapy with retail duties, with weekend availability a must.

You will deliver facial and body treatments, educate guests on skincare, support product sales, and help maintain an immaculate spa and boutique environment.

Minimum Cert IV in Beauty Therapy is required, with Diploma preference. If applying as a massage therapist, in-spa training for iKOU facials is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy is required.
• Diploma qualification preferred (Level 6 Hair & Beauty Award).
• Experience in a spa or clinic delivering facial and body treatments.
• Willingness to train for iKOU facials if working as massage therapist.

This unique opportunity is based in our gorgeous Byron Bay sanctuary, combining both spa therapy and retail expertise. We are recruiting for a casual retail/spa therapist, weekend availability is a must.

Minimum Cert IV in Beauty Therapy, with a preference for Diploma-qualified therapists (Level 6 under the Hair & Beauty Award).

If applying as a massage therapist, willingness to receive in-spa training to perform iKOU facials is preferred.

Proven experience in a spa or clinic environment, delivering high-quality facial and body treatments.
