Job summary

SOJO Spa & Wellness in Charlestown is seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to deliver relaxation massage, Pure Fiji body rituals and relaxation facials, with full product training and established treatment protocols.

Casual role offers above-award pay: $45 per hour on weekdays and $52 per hour on Saturdays, plus super. Guaranteed roster: Thursday 11am–5pm, Friday 9am–4pm and Saturday 9am–2pm.

Qualifications

• Must hold relevant qualifications covering the treatments you deliver.
• At least two years’ experience working in a spa.
• Confidence in relaxation massage, body rituals and relaxation facials.
• Willingness to work in a casual, rotered schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver relaxation massage, Pure Fiji body rituals and relaxation facials.
• Work with established treatment protocols and product lines.
• Assist with room resets, hygiene and daily housekeeping.

What you’ll enjoy

• Above-award casual pay: $45 per hour weekdays and $52 per hour Saturdays, plus super.
• Guaranteed rostered days: Thursday 11 am–5 pm, Friday 9 am–4 pm and Saturday 9 am–2 pm. Start and finish times may vary by agreement.
• Flexible shared-roster opportunities: apply for all three days or share the roster with another experienced therapist.
• Rosters provided in advance, so you can plan your life.

Bring your spa experience

You must hold relevant qualifications covering the treatments you deliver and have at least two years’ experience working in a spa, with confidence in relaxation massage, body rituals and relaxation facials.

We value warm client care, reliability and attention to detail. You’ll take pride in the whole guest experience, from preparing a beautiful treatment room to thoughtful aftercare and suitable homecare recommendations.

Room resets, laundry, hygiene and daily housekeeping are shared responsibilities.

Previous spa employment is essential. Please do not apply if you have not worked in a spa.

Applicants living within a comfortable commuting distance are preferred. You must currently be based in Australia and have the right to work here. Overseas applications will not be considered.
