Job summary

Infosys Limited in Melbourne, Australia is seeking an experienced IFS Cloud ERP Technical Architect to lead implementation, integration and customization of IFS Cloud ERP solutions for clients.

The role requires hands-on development, strong integration skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders to deliver robust enterprise apps while staying current with IFS features and industry best practices. Hybrid working arrangements apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / CS or equivalent.
• At least 10 years in the software development lifecycle with 5+ years in IFS ERP, focusing on IFS Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with IFS Cloud ERP.
• Minimum two end-to-end implementations as Technical Architect.
• Strong knowledge of Java and Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
• Knowledge of FTP, XML, SOAP, REST API development.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business requirements for IFS Cloud ERP solutions.
• Develop business and functional specifications for IFS Cloud ERP implementations.
• Hands-on development in IFS Cloud integration and data management.
• Create and maintain documentation for IFS Cloud ERP processes.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
• Stay updated with latest IFS Cloud ERP features and industry practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business requirements to provide effective IFS Cloud ERP solutions.
• Develop business and functional specifications for IFS Cloud ERP implementations.
• Hands on experience in Custom Development, IFS Cloud Integration, Data Management expertise in IFS Cloud ERP solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation and guides for IFS Cloud ERP processes.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest IFS Cloud ERP features and industry best practices.

Essential

• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in software development life cycle with 5+ years of experience in IFS ERP, with a focus on IFS Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with IFS Cloud ERP.
• Minimum two e2e implementation experiences as Technical Architect
• In-depth understanding of Integration concepts / Data Concepts
• Good knowledge of IFS Technical tools, IFS Developer Studio, IFS Connect configurations
• Good knowledge of Java programming, Oracle SQL/PLSQL
• Good knowledge of FTP approach, XML, SOAP concepts, REST API development
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

• Experience in working in teams on large and complex IFS projects
• Relevant Certification in the IFS
• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
