Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Identity Services Lead to own the delivery, governance and continual improvement of enterprise IAM. You will combine strong IAM expertise with service ownership, technical problem-solving and customer engagement.

You’ll provide technical direction across Entra ID, AD, PAM, MIM and other IAM platforms, lead complex escalations, and partner with customers to drive service maturity and roadmap alignment.

Qualifications

• Strong enterprise IAM experience in a complex environment.
• Hands-on with Entra ID, Active Directory, PAM, MIM or IGA.
• Understanding of JML, RBAC, SSO/federation and identity governance.
• Experience managing incidents, risks, SLAs and service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Identity Services capability including SLAs, risks, incidents and continual improvement.
• Provide technical leadership across IAM platforms such as Entra ID, AD, PAM, MIM and IGA.
• Lead complex escalations, major incidents and identity-related risks.
• Engage with customers on service performance, priorities and roadmap.
