Job summary

Qualifications

Recent ICU experience or relevant acute/department experience as deemed appropriate by WSLHD.
Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster to meet clinical demands of a busy quaternary Intensive Care Service.
Demonstrated interpersonal, time management and organization skills with attention to detail.
Evidence of computer literacy and ability to use health information systems.
Registration: Current authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in a fast-paced ICU setting.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care to achieve patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support continuous improvement in care.
