Qualificações

• Registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Midwife not required).
• Recent clinical experience in an intensive care clinical setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work in an inter-disciplinary team.
• Ability to advocate for person-centred care and apply evidence-based practice.
• Proficient with health information systems and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in the ICU in line with standards.
• Coordinate and implement nursing care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and supervise Enrolled Nurses and Assistants within scope.
