Norwest Private Hospital in Sydney's North West is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join a high-performing 19-bed ICU. You will deliver evidence-based, patient-centred care to critically ill adults, including those requiring mechanical ventilation, in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers ongoing professional development, collaboration with intensivists and multidisciplinary teams, and opportunities to further your critical care career within Healthscope's national network.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years recent ICU experience, including mechanical ventilation.
• Postgraduate Certificate in Critical Care/ICU (or currently undertaking).
• Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification.
• Current Working With Children Check.
• Knowledge of ACQSHC National Standards.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred ICU care.
• Manage patients requiring advanced critical care interventions, including mechanical ventilation.
• Collaborate with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team.
• Support patients and families throughout recovery, rehabilitation and end-of-life care.
• Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety and clinical excellence initiatives.
• Act as a role model for professional practice and compassionate care.
