Qualifications

• Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Demonstrated recent clinical experience in critical care nursing in an acute care facility.
• Ability to lead, supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality nursing care.
• Demonstrated effective clinical communication through IT, written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective and person-centred nursing care.
• Recognise and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and discharge planning.
• Provide supervision and mentoring to junior staff and students.
