You will care for a diverse patient cohort in a modern 14-bed ICU, delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care while pursuing postgraduate qualifications with scholarship support.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum three years' ICU/critical care experience
• Postgraduate qualification in Critical Care/Intensive Care Nursing desirable or willingness to study
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative approach and teamwork
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating roster
• Commitment to safe, compassionate, high-quality patient care

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care using evidence-based practice
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and clinical interventions
• Collaborate with medical and multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
• Build strong relationships with VMOs, patients and families
• Contribute to safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain professional standards per AHPRA and Healthscope policies
