Advocate Health’s Wisconsin Float Pool seeks a capable ICU RN to support multiple facilities across the division. You will deliver high-quality care in fast-paced ICU settings while floating across units as needed.

The role requires 1 year of nursing experience, BLS certification, and an active RN license for practice in Wisconsin. Flexible scheduling and multi-site exposure are highlighted benefits.

Qualifications

• RN with board-approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license in the state(s) where practice occurs.
• BLS certification required.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans accordingly.
• Upholds a culture of safety and adheres to protocols.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units or facilities within the service area.
