Job summary

Advocate Health’s Wisconsin Division Float Pool seeks an experienced RN to provide adaptable nursing across multiple facilities. You will be part of a flexible, self-scheduled team, delivering high-quality care in diverse settings.

The role requires 1 year of ambulatory or ICU RN experience, BLS and ACLS, and an active RN license. BSN is preferred, with opportunities for growth within a large health system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ambulatory or ICU RN experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• RN license valid in state of practice.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
• Upholds and promotes a culture of safety.
