You will support staffing, workforce development and patient flow while championing governance and quality improvement.

Registration with AHPRA is mandatory; postgraduate ICU leadership qualifications are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA mandatory.
• Postgraduate qualification in Intensive Care Nursing desirable.
• Leadership and collaboration skills required for senior clinical roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing and skill mix for the ICU to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Oversee patient flow, governance and quality improvement across the unit.
• Provide leadership in the NUM's absence and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
