Job description

The ICT Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in promoting and selling Robotine’s automation solutions, including hardware, software, and engineering services. This position is responsible for identifying client needs, delivering tailored automation solutions, driving business growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the manufacturing sector.

Benefits and Tasks & Responsibilities

DUTIES

  • Identify and approach prospective clients in the cabinet-making and broader manufacturing industries through networking, cold calls, and industry contacts.
  • Understand client operations and production challenges to recommend suitable automation and robotics solutions.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and live demonstrations of cobot integrations.
  • Develop and present proposals including technical solutions, pricing, and implementation timelines.
  • Conduct ROI and cost-benefit analyses tailored to industrial clients.
  • Stay current with advancements in robotics, automation systems, and manufacturing technologies.
  • Manage and forecast sales pipelines, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-through.
  • Draft and submit compliant quotes, tenders, and contracts.
  • Represent Robotine at trade shows, industry expos, and client workshops.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with manufacturers and industry partners.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and strategic business development goals.
  • Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to ensure successful system deployment and after-sales support.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and industry developments to identify sales opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and R&D to enhance product-market fit.
  • Ensure sales processes comply with industry regulations and company standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, ICT, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical or ICT sales, preferably within manufacturing, automation, or robotics sectors.
  • Solid understanding of industrial automation, robotic systems, and manufacturing technologies.
  • Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with CAD or automation software (preferred).
