PHILLIP RILEY PROJECTS PTY LTD – Sydney NSW is seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst. The role requires collaborating with business areas to capture and document requirements and existing processes, then driving improvements in services offered.

The successful candidate will conduct elicitation workshops, coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams, and prepare briefs, minutes and SOPs. Strong communication and written skills are essential.

Qualifications

• ICT Business analysis experience of a minimum of 1 year.
• Experience undertaking current state assessments to identify gaps and redesign business processes.
• Experience working across ICT BA technical domains.
• Stakeholder engagement ability with strong relationship building skills.
• Strong written & communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Undertaking analysis of business and technical functions, processes, and needs, leading to design and development of improved services; includes elicitation and stakeholder discussions.
• Preparing briefs, minutes, presentations and supporting project communications; developing standard operating procedures.
