Job summary

Asahi Beverages is seeking a Planning Manager - Supply Chain (IBP) based in Melbourne. You will lead and evolve our Integrated Business Planning capability, turning complex scenarios into clear choices and influencing decisions that balance service, risk and cost.

You’ll bring hands-on IBP experience, strong executive influencing skills and a commercial/financial lens. You’ll collaborate across Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance and senior leadership to shape an integrated supply plan and lift

Qualifications

• Must have Integrated Business Planning (IBP) experience.
• Experience in FMCG or complex supply chains.
• Strong executive influencing and stakeholder management.
• Financial acumen with ability to assess cost implications.
• Ability to turn data and scenarios into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the Supply Chain IBP process.
• Influence senior and executive stakeholders with clear recommendations.
• Optimize supply chain plans balancing customer service, risk and cost.
• Lead scenario planning and the Integrated Supply Plan across procurement, manufacturing, storage and delivery.
• Collaborate across Demand, Inventory, Distribution, Production, Materials, Commercial and Finance.
• Drive change and elevate planning maturity with new systems.
• Navigate complexity and ambiguity with structure.
• Support end-to-end planning across procurement, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics.
