Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Australia is seeking an experienced Integration Architect to define end-to-end integration architectures for enterprise apps and partner systems. You will design and govern solutions using WebMethods suite, API Gateway, MFT, and Trading Networks, ensuring secure, scalable, and observable platforms.

Join a team focused on cloud-enabled integration patterns, CI/CD practices, and working across AWS/Azure/GCP within a dynamic APAC environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience, including 5+ years in Integration Architecture.
• Solid knowledge of WebMethods stack and API-led integration.
• Experience with secure, scalable integration solutions across cloud and on-premise.
• Familiarity with CI/CD,DevOps and cloud integration patterns across AWS/Azure/GCP.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end integration architecture for enterprise applications and partner systems.
• Design and govern solutions using WebMethods Integration Server, API Gateway, ActiveTransfer, Trading Networks, and Universal Messaging.
• Create architecture artifacts including CAD, SAD, and Solution-on-a-Page (SOAP).
• Establish integration standards, reusable frameworks, and governance processes.
• Design API-led, microservices-based, and event-driven integration solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security standards such as OAuth2, JWT, mTLS, and API security controls.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and participate in architecture reviews.
• Drive platform performance, resilience, observability, and operational excellence.

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience with:

• WebMethods Integration Server
• API Gateway
• ActiveTransfer / MFT

Solid knowledge of:

• REST & SOAP Services
• API Management
• 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in Integration Architecture.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ or similar messaging platforms.
• Hands-on exposure to Redis Cache, Kong API Gateway, and Axway MFT.
• Strong understanding of integration security, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud integration patterns across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to GraphQL and data streaming platforms.
• Experience in Utility, Energy, or Critical Infrastructure domains.
• Knowledge of OT/SCADA integrations.
• Experience with real-time and event-driven data architectures.
