Kestrel Eight has partnered with a global enterprise technology vendor to deliver a large-scale mainframe tooling modernisation program for a major Australian Government client. We are looking for a connectivity and session management specialist to lead this stream of the program.
You will lead the migration of the client’s mainframe file transfer and terminal session management tooling to a modern IBM enterprise platform, covering requirements validation, design, migration execution, test input and training delivery to the client’s operations team.
This is a focused stream with a clear scope, well suited to a practitioner who knows managed file transfer and session management on z/OS and has taken that tooling through a conversion rather than only running it.
