Job summary

Cleanaway Waste Management is seeking an Identity & Access Control Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of IAM across the business from Melbourne. You will manage user identities, access permissions, and privileged accounts, shaping governance and policy frameworks.

In this senior role, you will drive the IAM roadmap, partner with technology and business teams, and oversee SailPoint, CyberArk, Azure AD and Microsoft 365 to secure critical systems and enable transformation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading IAM and access governance functions.
• Knowledge of access control frameworks, policies and compliance.
• Hands-on with CyberArk, SailPoint, Azure AD and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with audits, risk assessments and compliance activities.
• Leadership experience in cyber security or IAM.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of user identities, access permissions and privileged accounts.
• Strengthen security controls to prevent unauthorised access and mitigate risk.
• Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards and governance frameworks.
• Drive the IAM roadmap, aligning security, compliance and business objectives.
• Partner with technology and business teams to deliver seamless IAM solutions.
• Oversee SailPoint, CyberArk and related access management technologies.
• Manage the full lifecycle of user and privileged access, from provisioning to deactivation.
