TAL Australia seeks an IAM Engineering Lead – Privileged Access Management to strengthen access controls and protect privileged identities across our digital platforms in Australia. The role leads PAM strategy, remediation, automation and governance to deliver secure, reliable services for millions of Australians and partners.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne with a collaborative, growth‑minded team. You will work with cross‑functional teams and external providers to drive security outcomes aligned

Qualifications

  • Around seven years’ experience across Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management or Cyber Security.
  • Lead engineers, service providers or delivery partners to achieve secure and reliable service outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of PAM, identity governance, Zero Trust and modern access controls.
  • Improve security services through control uplift, remediation, automation and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders to turn security risk into business outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Cyber Security or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Job Description

As IAM Engineering Lead – Privileged Access Management, you will help strengthen the foundations of trust that underpin our business, ensuring the right people have the right access to the systems and services that keep TAL moving safely. This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne

In This Role You Will
