Job summary

weave. Recruitment is seeking professionals to join a growing identity and access management run function within a regulated Australian financial services company.

The roles span levels, offering hands-on remediation against APRA requirements and onboarding applications to a converged identity platform. Initial Entra ID work with a future converged IGA/PAM platform, with three days in the Melbourne office and flexibility for remaining days.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience with identity lifecycle management, including SSO and MFA.
• Experience with Microsoft identity suite, e.g. Entra ID.
• Exposure to an identity governance platform such as SailPoint or Saviynt.
• Awareness of privileged access management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Supporting identity lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding and access certification.
• Working on single sign on and multi factor authentication rollout across the application estate.
• Contributing to remediation work against APRA identity and access requirements.
• Building familiarity with privileged access management ahead of a planned platform introduction.
• For the senior role, translating technical identity decisions into language the business can act on, and acting as the escalation point for the team.

About the Role:

• An established Australian fin services business is standing up a dedicated identity and access managementRun function inside its technology division.
• Three roles are open at once at various levels, giving a rare chance to help shape a function from its first weeks.
• The immediate mandate covers remediation work against APRA requirements and onboarding applications onto single sign on. A platform RFP is underway for a converged identity governance and privileged access solution, which the team will help select and implement.
• Entra ID as the initial platform, with a converged IGA and PAM platform on the way
