Accent Group Limited’s premium sneaker retailer Hype DC at Pacific Fair in the Gold Coast is hiring Christmas Sales Assistants to join our busiest season.

You’ll help customers find sneakers, unpack stock, and pack online orders with energy, positivity, and a team-first attitude. Retail experience helps, but a passion for sneakers and customer service matters most.

Full availability October 2026 to mid-January 2027, including weekends and holidays, is essential to cover peak trading days.

About The Role

Step into the season in style with Hype DC at our Pacific Fair store! As Christmas Sales Assistants, you'll bring energy, good vibes, and a can-do attitude to our busiest (and most fun) time of year.

From helping customers find their perfect kicks to unpacking stock or packing online orders, every shift brings something new. If you love sneakers, fast-paced days, and great people, you’ll fit right in.

What We're Looking For

• Full availability from October 2026 to mid-January 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
• Retail experience is great, but not a must
• Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service
• Love the hustle of a fast-paced team environment
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Open to learning, feedback, and being your best
