Accent Group Limited’s Hype DC invites you to join our seasonal Christmas Casual team at our Adelaide stores, including Rundle Mall, Burnside, Tea Tree Plaza, District, Elizabeth and Marion.

Bring energy, a positive mindset, and a passion for sneakers to help customers find their perfect kicks, unpack stock, and process online orders during our peak period.

Qualifications

• Passion for sneakers and streetwear and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Retail experience is helpful but not required.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a standout experience for every customer.
• Support your team to smash sales and KPI goals.
• Keep stock moving – receive, restock, and keep shelves full.
• Pick and pack click & dispatch orders.

About the Role

Step into the season in style with Hype DC at our stores acrossRundle Mall, Burnside, Tea Tree Plaza, District, Elizabeth and Marion ! As a Christmas Casual, you'll bring energy, good vibes, and a can-do attitude to our busiest (and most fun) time of year.

From helping customers find their perfect kicks to unpacking stock or packing online orders, every shift brings something new. If you love sneakers, fast-paced days, and great people, you’ll fit right in.

What We're Looking For

• Full availability from October 2026 to mid-January 2027 , including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
• Retail experience is great, but not a must
• Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service
• Love the hustle of a fast-paced team environment
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Open to learning, feedback, and being your best
