Job summary

Hype DC Eastgardens is seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team, deliver unforgettable customer experiences, and drive commercial results in a fast‑paced retail setting.

You will work closely with the Area Manager and Store Manager to bring the Hype DC brand vision to life, foster a world‑class team, and create a magical vibe across the store.

Qualifications

• Previous Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven track record of driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance.
• Strong rostering and workforce management skills, with experience achieving wage control.
• Energy, positivity and resilience to thrive in a high-volume retail environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to create memorable moments.

We’re on the hunt for an Assistant Store Manager to join the leadership team at Hype DC Eastgardens. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, ambition and a genuine passion for people, sneakers and delivering an unforgettable customer experience.

Working closely with your Area Manager and Store Manager, you’ll help bring the Hype DC brand vision to life, build a WORLD CLASS team, create a MAGICAL VIBE, and drive commercial results, all while developing your own leadership career.

What You'll Be Doing

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action, helping to lead a high-performing team and create an environment where people love to work and customers love to shop.

• Partner with your leadership team to identify opportunities, solve problems and continuously improve store performance.
