The Role:

We are seeking a Business Leader to join our retail store leadership team at Hype DC Birkenhead Point Outlet. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be instrumental in executing the brand vision, cultivating a high-performance store culture, creating memorable customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence.

In collaboration with your Area Manager, you will promote a people-first culture, drive sales growth, and advance your leadership career.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating a world-class team and vibrant store environment
  • Managing a multimillion-dollar store, driving sales and meeting financial targets
  • Implementing brand vision and strategy
  • Prioritizing customer experience to ensure memorable interactions

  • Recruiting, selecting, and onboarding new team members
  • Delivering a seamless omni-channel experience, including online order preparation
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards to ensure store excellence
  • Creating a fun and safe environment for customers and staff
