West Pymble Dental Surgery invites applications from an experienced Dental Hygienist to join our well-established practice on Sydney's Upper North Shore. The initial role is part-time, with 2 mornings per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and a path to 2 full days.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventative and periodontal care to patients.
• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and develop treatment plans within scope.

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care.
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Work with dentists and clinical team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to infection control standards.

West Pymble Dental Surgery invites applications from experienced Dental Hygienists to join the practice on a part‑time basis. Initially, the role will be 2 mornings per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the opportunity to transition into 2 full days per week.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a well‑established patient base and play an important role in delivering exceptional preventative care. We are looking for someone with a warm, bubbly personality who enjoys building strong relationships with patients and creating a positive experience at every appointment.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide high-quality preventative and periodontal care to patients.
• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans within your scope of practice.
• Perform routine cleans, scaling, root debridement and other preventative dental procedures.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care to support long-term oral health outcomes.
• Build strong rapport and lasting relationships with patients through a friendly, professional and caring approach.
• Work collaboratively with the dentists and wider clinical team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to infection control and compliance standards.

Qualifications
