Job summary

Hydro Tasmania is seeking a Senior Capital Projects lead based in Tasmania to oversee planning, delivery and handover of capital refurbishment initiatives for electrical generation assets. You will work with technical specialists and contractors to develop business cases, manage budgets, schedules and risk, and ensure successful commissioning of projects.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or Project Management or related discipline.
• Extensive experience delivering electrical secondary systems capital, infrastructure and asset refurbishment projects.
• Strong capability managing project scope, budgets, schedules, risk and contractor performance.
• Strong commercial, stakeholder management and business case development skills.
• Knowledge of project scheduling and controls systems, including MS Project.
