Job summary

Allstar Blue is seeking an experienced Hydraulics Fitter in Western Australia. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Mechanical Fitter with a strong hydraulics focus, capable of servicing hydraulic pumps, valves and motors.

The role includes machining, welding and workshop maintenance to support complex hydraulic systems. You will bring Australian trade certification and a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with proven hands-on experience in hydraulic components and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Australian Recognised Trade certificate - Mechanical Fitter.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience with Hydraulic components.

Responsibilities

• Work with Hydraulic components, pumps, hydraulic motors, valves etc.
• Perform all service work as instructed (Breakdown, Repair, Overhaul).
• Operation of lathes and other machining equipment for manufacture and repair of mechanical equipment.
• Operation of TIG, MIG and Stick welding equipment associated with basic welding repair of mechanical equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean workshop
