Job summary

WSP USA in Sydney seeks an experienced Hydraulic Engineer to join the Building Services team and deliver hydraulic design across transport, defence, education and commercial sectors. The role offers leadership, ownership and meaningful project delivery in a flexible workplace.

You will work with a high-performing Sydney Building Services group, providing technical guidance while coordinating with architecture and external consultants to drive quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Hydraulic Engineer within a building services consultancy.
• Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale projects.
• Strong technical capability and sound knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC and authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hydraulic design and delivery of projects across a diverse portfolio.
• Take end-to-end ownership of hydraulic design from concept through to construction.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developing engineers.
• Coordinate closely with other building services disciplines, architects and external consultants.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and project stakeholders.

The Role

In this role, you will:

• Lead the hydraulic design and delivery of projects across a diverse portfolio
