Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Self-motivated approach with a passion for customer engagement
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency with unrestricted work rights

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
• Provide technical advice, product demonstrations and pre-sales support
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts and tender submissions
• Support customers throughout the project lifecycle, including implementation, training and ongoing technical assistance
