Job summary

AC3 is seeking a marketing professional to support the execution of our strategy and multi‑channel campaigns. You will work as part of the Marketing team, partnering with sales, product and internal teams to strengthen AC3’s brand in a dynamic tech environment.

The successful candidate will have 1–2 years in B2B or tech marketing, be well organized and proactive, and enjoy stakeholder collaboration. Hybrid work is available across Sydney or Melbourne offices.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of marketing experience in B2B or technology environments.
• Organised, proactive and customer‑service oriented.
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders across the business.
• HubSpot experience is highly regarded; Canva/InDesign useful for content

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the marketing strategy at an operational level.
• Deliver multi-channel campaigns to build AC3’s brand and grow the business.
• Collaborate with sales, product, internal tech, finance and P&C teams.
• Maintain timely, high‑quality content and campaign execution.
