Job summary

Niteco Vietnam Company Limited is seeking a seasoned Digital Project Manager in Sydney to lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programs, manage customer relationships, and drive project execution across multiple client engagements.

You will report to the Country Manager ANZ, collaborate with Brand, Marketing and Communications and ARB, and coordinate offshore delivery teams while maintaining budgets, risks, and quality. Hybrid work with occasional travel in AU and abroad.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects for a diverse customer base.
• 5–10+ years in project delivery and stakeholder management in digital transformation.
• Permanent work rights in Australia required.
• Experience in Agile environments with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar.
• Experience with MS Project and managing overseas delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programs ensuring on-time and on-budget outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across client teams and internal groups.
• Plan, monitor, and control multiple projects using proven methods.
• Lead project managers and coordinate overseas delivery teams.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, budgets, risks, and quality standards.
