Job summary

The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the design of technology solutions, providing architectural oversight from design through deployment and operation at our Sydney CBD office. You will collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable, secure technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Solution Architecture or senior technology roles.
• Balance theoretical and practical in solution design.
• Strong knowledge of LMS (Moodle), CRM and Content Management Systems.
• Extensive cloud and SaaS integration experience.
• Solid understanding of Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and API-led integration.
• Proficiency with enterprise integration architecture and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and product requirements into solution architectures.
• Conform to enterprise architecture principles, standards, and roadmaps.
• Prepare and present solution designs through governance processes.
• Document architectural decisions, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop detailed solution designs and technical documentation.
• Ensure security, privacy, availability, scalability, and disaster recovery requirements.
• Consider total cost of ownership and lifecycle of technology.
• Support existing solutions and change management for business requests.
• Estimate effort, costs, and impact of solutions from a project perspective.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with standards.
