Job summary

The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) is seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to support and optimise our IT solutions from the Sydney CBD base. The role focuses on delivering reliable, scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities in a flexible hybrid work environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the College to design, implement, and maintain integrations, data models, and governance practices, while guiding deployments and user adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and Dataverse
• Experience with Power Apps (Canvas/Model‑Driven) and Power BI
• Proficiency integrating external systems via REST APIs and Dataverse API
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Git version control
• Understanding governance and security in Microsoft ecosystem
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS; relevant certifications preferred
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and external vendors
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to translate business processes into technical solutions

Responsibilities

• Support and optimise Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for reliability and scalability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement appropriate solutions
• Participate in project implementation from requirements to deployment and adoption
• Design and maintain custom apps, workflows, and data models
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other college systems for seamless workflows
• Maintain existing Dynamics 365 apps and Power Platform solutions
• Ensure security, risk, and governance compliance during design and deployment
