Job summary

Blunomy is seeking a Software Tester/Developer to work in a hybrid role, balancing 40% testing and 60% development. You will strengthen the quality and reliability of forecasting software, including client-facing React interfaces, in a small, flexible team.

The role covers data solutions, software development, project support, and collaboration with managers and clients, with opportunities to influence proposals and practice.

Qualifications

Completed a degree or postgraduate qualification in Computing Science, Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering.
Experience applying statistical and ML concepts in practice.
Familiarity with data analytics and energy/environment datasets.
Knowledge of cloud computing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver data solutions and software that strengthen forecasting capabilities.
Build scalable data pipelines and APIs; support dashboards for impact measurement.
Participate in code reviews, diagnose issues, and practice source control with Git.
Collaborate with product managers and domain experts to deliver high-quality solutions.
