Blunomy is seeking a Data Scientist / Developer to combine data science, analysis and software development for energy and environmental datasets. You will turn models into Python code, data pipelines and digital tools, ensuring sound data understanding and robust results.

The role sits in Blunomy’s Data & Digital team, collaborating with Developers and energy specialists to deliver practical solutions and maintainable software.

Qualifications

• Completed degree or postgraduate qualification in a quantitative discipline (Data Science/Statistics/Math/CS).
• Strong Python and data analysis skills.
• Experience translating analytical results into production-ready software.

Responsibilities

• Understand project questions and determine data and analytics needs.
• Source, clean, transform and analyse energy/environment data.
• Develop and validate forecasting models and analytical approaches.
