The role requires strong storytelling, videography, and post-production skills, with a hands-on, hybrid approach across camera, edit suite, and on-set participation.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for social and digital channels.
• Strong videography, editing and post-production skills.
• Working knowledge of production equipment and workflows.
• Ability to translate creative ideas into practical production solutions.

Responsibilities

• Shoot, edit and produce engaging social and digital content.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to bring ideas to life.

• Direct talent and contribute on-set during productions.
• Create video content from concept through to finished assets.
• Support ongoing content production and BAU editing requirements.
• Stay across platform trends, content formats and emerging best practice.
• Help shape creative approaches that maximise audience engagement.
