Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in a risk, compliance, audit or operational role, preferably within financial services or a regulated environment.
• Foundational understanding of risk management principles, incident management, and control environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to translate complex information into clear, actionable messages.
• A collaborative working style with the ability to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset — you spot issues early and drive continuous improvement.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert risk guidance to Claims & Assessing teams in line with the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Identify and escalate gaps in risk processes, controls, and documentation, and recommend practical improvements.
• Oversee incident investigations with accurate documentation in the Risk Management System and ensure data integrity.
• Facilitate incident resolution, corrective actions, and clear ownership across the division.
• Support root cause analysis for incidents and advise on effective control design to mitigate risks.
• Prepare reporting for key decision forums including the Divisional Risk Forum, EXCO, and the Board.
• Stay updated with cybersecurity trends and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Deliver risk management training and capability-building initiatives across the division.
